How consent is obtained. Consumers who submit an application on our sites provide prior express written consent to be contacted by phone and text, including by automated technology, by the companies or types of companies disclosed in the consent language at the time of submission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
Records. For each lead we keep the consent language shown, the page URL, the date and time, and a third-party consent certificate.
Opt-outs. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling the caller. Opt-outs are honored promptly and passed to buyers.
Buyer responsibilities. Buyers must comply with the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws, Do Not Call rules and all licensing and disclosure laws for the products they offer.
